PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The flat plate magnetic separator is a high-gradient, high-intensity magnetic separation equipment featuring a flat-plate arrangement of magnets.
During operation, the ore slurry enters the feeding device through an inlet pipe and is evenly distributed onto the belt above the magnetic plate. Driven by gravity, the slurry flows downward along the inclined magnetic plate. At this point, ferromagnetic materials in the slurry are firmly attracted to the belt under the strong magnetic field. As the motor drives the belt upward, these magnetic particles are carried into the upper iron-discharge zone, where they are washed off by water and collected in the upper hopper. Meanwhile, the non-magnetic slurry continues to flow down the magnetic plate and is eventually collected in the lower hopper.
